Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of Information Technology operations at our Johnstown, PA facility
Provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of Systems Administration, Help Desk, Systems Analysis, and IT Security functions
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual IT compliance requirements, including those related to Department of Defense standards such as NIST 800.171, DFARS, and CMMC
Oversee incident response activities, ensuring rapid containment and mandated reporting in the event of a cyber incident
Maintain strong relationships with U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors to meet all cyber-related reporting requirements
Manage and develop a diverse IT team
Manage ongoing IT projects, budgeting and allocating resources effectively
Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of six years of experience leading diverse IT teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field
Technical expertise
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects in a high-performance environment
Preferred
Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
