Responsibilities

Serve as a Product Manager focused on product and customer data within a retail merchandising environment
Lead and execute data governance and data quality management initiatives across product and customer data domains
Define and manage processes, systems, and data flows to improve data quality, lineage, and stewardship practices
Utilize and administer data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) to establish standards, policies, and workflows
Work with product hierarchy structures across store and e-commerce channels to ensure consistency and accuracy
Partner with stakeholders to implement and optimize master data management solutions using Stibo PIM and Profisee
Analyze data to extract insights and make strong recommendations for process and data improvements
Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, demonstrating strong leadership presence

Required

15+ years of experience in data governance/data stewardship in retail/e-commerce (merchandising environment)
Data governance and data quality management with tools such as Collibra and Alation
Understanding of product hierarchy within stores and e-commerce
Experience with Stibo PIM and Profisee master data tools
Ability to analyze data and present solutions
Minimum 15 years in a data stewardship or data governance role, preferably in the retail industry
Strong understanding of product and customer data, processes, systems, and data flows in merchandising
Hands-on experience with data quality and data governance tools (Collibra, Alation)
Knowledge of product hierarchy structures across stores and e-commerce sites
Familiarity with Stibo PIM and Profisee product master data tools
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives
