This position is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience and property performance, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in various maintenance functions.

Responsibilities
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the overall maintenance functions of the apartment community
Perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments
Oversee maintenance personnel in collaboration or absence of the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in maintenance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Reliable transportation
Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
Ownership of a smartphone device
