Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, customer service, operations, and corporate teams
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a smooth, professional experience
Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and reports in the ATS
Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs and community outreach
Collaborate with HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
