The role involves spearheading nationwide distribution efforts as the company's first US-based team member, focusing on cultivating relationships and accelerating AUM growth.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Israel-based headquarters on product expertise, market intelligence, and strategic planning
Establish and nurture strong connections with financial advisors, investment committees, and home office decision-makers
Create and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with the company's product positioning and brand identity
Capture market feedback and competitive intelligence to guide product development and marketing initiatives
Serve as the company's representative at industry conferences, webinars, and client engagements
Build and lead a top-tier sales team as distribution operations expand
Generate ETF sales and drive AUM expansion across primary US distribution channels, including RIAs, independent broker-dealers, platforms, and institutional investors
Qualification
Required
Experience in ETF sales or related financial products
Strong network of relationships with financial advisors and institutional investors
Proven track record of driving sales growth and AUM expansion
Ability to develop and implement national sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in building and leading sales teams
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing
Strong analytical skills to capture market feedback and competitive intelligence
