Responsibilities

Plan and execute new site start up for single crystal airfoil casting process

Create and maintain/status Level 2/3 schedule for all technical tasks

Create cost structure and work with IPMT to manage project to cost targets

Develop and maintain Earned Value tool/database

Execute all project engineering tasks as part of the IPD process

10% travel may be required for this position

Required

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Strong Project Engineering/Planning and Communication/Presentation skills are a must for this position

Ability to work with earned value and project management tools

US Person Status required due to government contracts

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field with 7+ years of experience in project management

Six Sigma green belt or equivalent

PMP Certificate

Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Proficiency in SAP and Pratt and Whitney project discipline

Familiarity with process development, casting process

Broad knowledge of the aerospace industry and experience in turbine engine parts manufacturing
