Responsibilities

Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions
Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution
Conduct system verification and support certification activities
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to accomplish technical objectives
Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership on technical matters as required
Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments
Shift work may be required
This position involves the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration

Preferred

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent
Radar systems development and test experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation
Experience with RF systems or antenna testing in near-field and far-field test environments
Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and design considerations
Familiarity with earned value management
