Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes to scale our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring we can meet increased production demands without sacrificing efficiency

Ensure that the quality standards from our North American team are consistently upheld in our China operations, aligning every step of the manufacturing process with these expectations

Build and maintain a well-structured team with clear roles and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment

Strengthen the communication and coordination between our teams in China and North America, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment across all touchpoints, from sampling to fulfillment

Required

Proven experience in leading or managing the development of products overseas. You must be able to prove your merit with actual success based on previous work experience

A strong knowledge of the product development and manufacturing process, including materials, production techniques, and quality control

Fluency in Mandarin and strong cross-cultural communication skills

Proven ability to lead teams, implement scalable processes, and maintain quality standards across global operations

Business-savvy, curious, and eager to learn how all parts of the business connect

Analytical and data-driven; able to build dashboards, track KPIs, and act on insights
