Responsibilities
Lead all financial and accounting activities for the facility
Provide strategic financial guidance to site and corporate leadership
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and regulations
Monitor key financial metrics and support initiatives that improve performance
Manage transactional finance functions, including payables, receivables, and fixed asset
Review cost structures, variances, and other financial analyses
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and recommendations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in a food manufacturing environment a must
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Syspro
Preferred
Proficiency in Hyperion
