They are seeking an Emergency Response Manager to maintain client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and support marketing efforts while ensuring a deep understanding of the commercial insurance marketplace.
Responsibilities
Maintaining a good understanding of the commercial insurance marketplace including claims strategy and supply chain management for Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Brokers
Maintaining a detailed understanding of designated client accounts and prospective clients, ensuring all relevant information is maintained and updated
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's products and services, competitors, and relevant organizations
Actively pursue business opportunities within prospective customers
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business, specifically within the Large Loss Department
Work in close conjunction and assist the marketing department with relevant marketing activities and events and provide regular client feedback
Qualification
Required
A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
Experience with sales and marketing within the commercial sector
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
Well organized & self-reliant/motivated
Excellent communications skills & good relationship developer
Customer service and service delivery focused
Accurate/good attention to detail
Confident, positive and direct
Prepared to travel nationally with flexible working hours and occasional overnight stays where necessary
Hold a current driving license
Preferred
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
