Responsibilities

Lead electrical design from concept through construction for large capital projects

Develop specifications, technical data sheets, and bid evaluations for electrical equipment and packaged systems

Coordinate with suppliers, project managers, and multi-discipline engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance

Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders while ensuring project deliverables meet technical and safety standards

Oversee construction support, testing, and field issue resolution

Specify and review key electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, VFDs, UPS systems, grounding, and protection schemes

Support equipment procurement, factory testing, and QA/QC documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and specifications

Mentor junior engineers and uphold high standards of safety, integrity, and technical excellence
