Prepare and file petitions, motions, and court documents
Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
Advise clients, families, and stakeholders on legal options and procedures
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Florida
Significant experience with Marchman Act, Baker Act, and Guardianship cases
Preferred
Prior experience in a State Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office, or similar practice
