Responsibilities

Lead and support facilities-related projects including office buildouts, utility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and capital installations

Partner with operations and corporate stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules

Provide engineering support for process-related initiatives, such as automation, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvements projects

Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution, safety compliance, and on-time delivery

Prepare and present project documentation, including status updates, technical reports, and financial tracking

Support corporate sustainability, safety, and asset stewardship initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, operations, and supply chain teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Project engineering or related experience in a facilities, capital projects, or process improvement environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar)

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Willingness and ability to travel 30% to company sites

Preferred

Knowledge of construction, utilities, and/or manufacturing processes
