Sales Lead Scheduling Coordinator
American Residential Services is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The Sales Lead Scheduling Coordinator will manage lead follow-ups, schedule appointments, and coordinate with sales representatives to drive revenue for the Cleveland branch.

Responsibilities
Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team
You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication
This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success
Qualification
Required
3 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
