Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives across multiple market centers specific to Direct Sales growth
Coordinate direct sales growth plans and forecasts with Group Vice President’s, General Managers, and service teams, translating organizational priorities into sales initiatives within a matrix framework
Lead and motivate customer facing sales and service teams to improve performance and collaboration
Evaluate, develop, and lead sales training within sales and service teams (AE, RAE, RSR, TM, GM GVP) for existing business growth opportunities using a consultative selling approach
Build strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the overall success of new sales
Assist in selling Direct Sale Target Accounts
Drive sales growth through data-driven performance management and pipeline optimization
Monitor key metrics (revenue, margin, forecast accuracy) and take corrective action when needed

Required

Candidate must be located in the Northwest Region

Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals using formal activity guidelines and technology-based measurement systems
Professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce, ACT, etc
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum two years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service
Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts)
Valid driver's license
Must be willing to travel, including overnight travel
