Community Manager/ Administrative Manager
Metropolitan Management Group is a successful property management company seeking a dynamic Community Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned residential properties. Responsibilities
Attend evening board meetings
Oversee vendors and contracts
Prepare community budgets
Approve standard invoices
Maintain deep knowledge of the local industry specific laws
Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
Understand and enforce the communities bylaws and policies
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience in property management
High school diploma/GED required
Deep understanding of real estate law
Excellent communication, and organization skills
Computer savvy to handle multiple online applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
