New Grad, Entry LevelMax Borges Agency is a leading PR agency for consumer technology and innovative lifestyle brands in the U.S. They are seeking an Operations Assistant to join their team, focusing on owning repeatable workflows and supporting multiple client accounts through various operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for several client accounts across the agency
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Work with other Operations team members to handle requests from co-workers and clients
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Handle occasional general agency support tasks as needed
Work out of Downtown Miami offices approximately once per week
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work
Ability to effectively work in a group environment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Preferred
Knowledge on Shipping Software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge on Google Suite and Data Studio is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) is a plus
