Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, and candidate placement within accounting and finance functions

Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, CFOs, Controllers, and HR leaders across the Charlotte market

Source, interview, and evaluate accounting and finance professionals at all levels, from staff to executive leadership

Develop customized recruiting strategies to identify both active and passive candidates

Negotiate offers, manage the closing process, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates

Achieve individual and team performance goals related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and the competitive landscape within the Charlotte finance and accounting market
