Responsibilities

Performs a variety of duties on electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical devices
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format
Some experience with cycle counting and inventory management
Ability to take initiative and be self-managed
Ability to implement countermeasures to work through technical roadblocks

Required

High School Diploma vocational or technical education or certification, no experience required

Preferred

Mechanical aptitude
Experience working in a regulated industry
Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
Mechanical and electrical print reading skills for use in diagnosing and correcting equipment/tooling issues
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Diverse background to work in multiple workstreams
Aptitude for quickly learning and assimilating a broad array of information
Experience in medical product manufacturing / assembly operations
Experience working in FDA & ISO 13485 regulated industry
