Responsibilities
Computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Revit drafting/modeling, STAAD)
Full structural design per governing building codes and design standards including ACI, AISC and ASCE
Performing construction management tasks such as shop drawings reviews and field inspections
Candidates must be effective communicators and successfully work in multi-discipline team environment
Some travel is required for site reconnaissance tasks, condition assessments, and structural observations
Qualification
Required
5 - 10 years of experience
Have a BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural concentration from an ABET accredited institution
Candidates must have a Professional Engineering (PE) license
Experience in design and construction of reinforced concrete, steel, reinforced masonry and structural aluminum
Preferred
Structural Engineering (SE) license is preferred
Experience with water and wastewater systems preferred
