Responsibilities
Drive new business: prospect, network, respond to RFPs, and close multi-site and single-site contracts
Lead operations: schedule teams, set QA standards, manage supplies/equipment, and ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
Build the team: recruit, train, and develop supervisors/techs; maintain a bench for growth
Champion clients: conduct site walks, implement continuous improvement, and resolve issues fast
Own the numbers: forecast, manage P&L, and hit weekly/monthly KPIs (revenue, margin, retention, QA scores)
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and operations (facilities, janitorial, building services, or related B2B a plus)
Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead teams
Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable with on-site, after-hours inspections when needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
