Sedaro is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to build their culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will integrate CI/CD, security, and observability tools and automation for a Kubernetes-based multi-cloud environment.

Responsibilities

Optimize multi-cloud production infrastructure for security, reliability, and cost efficiency

Design and implement system observability with actionable alerting and measurable SLOs

Drive automation through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and continuous compliance

Foster Lean practices and a culture of continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

3+ years of professional experience in software engineering

Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture

Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices

Proficiency in scripting and automation

Preferred

Track record implementing security controls and vulnerability management

Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform CDKTF

Experience with AWS and/or Azure

Experience with IL4/5+ and/or NIST 800-171
