The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for prospecting target markets, qualifying accounts, and filling the sales funnel with prospects through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

Develop new leads via telephone, email and social media outreach (e.g. Linkedin Sales Navigator)

Follow up on in-bound leads and qualify them based on pre-defined criteria

Research and discover potential opportunities on subscribed RFP platforms such as GovWin IQ, and GovSpend

Work on target accounts, and source and engage with key contacts to identify sales opportunities

Schedule qualified appointments with customers or prospects for sales managers

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support lead handoff processes

Drive attendance to marketing events such as roadshows, webinars, and tradeshows in NA

Provide weekly leadgen results to management

Work on other leadgen related activities as they arise

Required

Previous experience in inside sales, leadgen or telemarketing position; must have experience/skill set and comfortability with data sourcing, cold calling, scheduling, event promoting

Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other marketing and sales tools, such as Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Basic Excel, Teams), Pardot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, DemandBase, etc

Work independently and collaboratively with the team throughout the day

Exceptional communication, written, reading, and typing skills in English

Faster learner; Persistent and results-oriented

High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

Preferred

Knowledge of Microwave radios, or wireless network technology
