Legal Analyst/Paralegal

In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to draft regulatory filings, prepare for investigations, and manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced legal department.

Responsibilities
Conducts legal research
Assembles and analyzes records
Checks legal forms for accuracy
Prepares correspondence and legal documents
Schedules interviews and meetings
Organizes and maintain documents in a paper or e-filing system
Tracks and monitors existing cases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
At least 1 year of experience
Familiarity with the financial services sector
Preferred
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Accredited Program Preferred
