Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers with administrative duties including sales proposal and contract creation, site inspection preparation, system data entry and customer engagement
Maintain files, systems and communication to other departments as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers
Qualification
Required

Refined verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of computer applications
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
