Responsibilities

Coordinate with Manufacturing to procure production materials and supplies
Manage delivery schedules to ensure the timely availability of materials
Purchase additional items as needed across the organization
Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance
Assist QA with annual supplier evaluations
Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, including packing and labeling
Hand-deliver shipments to FedEx when required
Receive incoming materials, verify accuracy, and complete receiving documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production inventory
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts
Organize and maintain the warehouse and other storage areas

Required

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of GMP environments, ideally 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industries
High School Diploma or GED required
Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions
Clear communication with supervisors regarding issues or concerns
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to perform basic internet-based tasks

Preferred

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
