Partner with Fortune 1000 companies on challenging, high-visibility projects—ranging from IPO readiness and M&A to carve-outs and financial transformations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in public accounting (Top 10 firm strongly preferred)
Senior-level experience (Senior Accountant, Audit Senior, or equivalent)
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills
CPA preferred (or in progress)
Willingness to travel outside DFW as needed
Preferred
Background in IPO, M&A, carve-outs, or transaction services
Corporate accounting/finance experience at a large public company
Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, modeling)
