They are seeking a Women's Heart Program Coordinator to develop and oversee nursing program activities, ensuring clinical standards and patient care are met within the cardiology services department.

Responsibilities

Coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department

Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Develop and document care plans and therapy programs

Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered

May supervise and direct nursing staff

Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required

BLS Provider CertificationRegistered Nurse LicenseProgram CoordinationHealthcare ExperienceDocumentation Skills

Required

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

One or more of the following required: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State' obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
