Responsibilities

Be an amazing partner that guides candidates through the interview process to ensure an outstanding experience

Act as the primary communication liaison between the candidate and all internal stakeholders

Own and drive projects to optimize and improve the hiring processes and candidate experience

Ensure prompt and swift responses to any necessary scheduling changes through effective communication

Report and track significant daily recruiting events and objectives to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Greet candidates upon arrival, prepare meeting rooms prior to candidate onsite interviews

Be a Brand Ambassador of Astranis at recruiting events to give a glimpse into the awesome culture candidates look forward to joining

Screen, import, organize, and route applicants within the appropriate systems, along with proper documentation of source

Assist with data hygiene and integrity by verifying documents, data, and other details related to the hiring process
