Responsibilities
15+ years of experience in SAP Solution design and implementation
5 years in an Architect role on large-scale SAP projects
Proven experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
Demonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third-party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM
Experience working in global, multi-site, and multi-language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
Proven ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options
The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
