Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Spark interest and schedule appointments for product demonstrations
Educate potential customers about Mr. Rogers Windows' high-quality window and door solutions
Follow established Mr. Rogers Windows policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be 18+ and able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and able to follow strict attendance policy
Able to work Monday through Friday 11:00am – 6:30pm (35 hours a week)
Personal compatibility with Mr. Rogers Windows culture and values
Must be very outgoing and enjoy working with and meeting new people
Ability to multi-task and adapt to new and changing situations
Must have the capacity to learn all products and services that Mr. Rogers Windows offers
Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends
High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing helpful
