This role involves implementing connectivity strategies across product lines and enhancing coordination in the product line to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Performs light reporting and data analytics (D&A) functions to support portfolio management and operational decision-making
Partners with the D&A team to deliver OCPS reporting requirements and address ongoing data needs
Assists in preparing, validating, and presenting data-driven reports and insights for stakeholders
Supports ad-hoc data analysis requests and contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies

Preferred

Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports
Familiarity with data wrangling tools like Alteryx
Strong core analytical skills, including statistics, data wrangling, and problem-solving
Ability to interpret and communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
