Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze land titles and mineral ownership records, and oil & gas lease agreements
Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and contractual obligations
Review and validate division orders for accuracy and proper ownership allocation
Analyze and process Joint Interest Billing (JIB) statements
Manage revenue processing, including verification of timely and accurate payments
Identify and recover suspended revenue to maximize asset value
Oversee asset setup, takedown, and distribution processes
Support operational and management projects related to oil & gas assets
Track oil & gas company bankruptcies and assess potential impacts
Monitor and manage ad valorem tax obligations
Be cross-trained in work processes for both management and operations to ensure continuity and efficiency
Prepare and review detailed account reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Oil & Gas Land Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented
