Responsibilities
Utilize remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Manage the customer support experience from Jira ticket to resolution, ensuring lightning-fast response times that meet our SLA targets
Collaborate directly with our global Engineering and Field Service teams to share knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and build out a comprehensive, essential knowledge base
Coordinate with external service partners to ensure timely field support, occasionally providing crucial onsite assistance yourself
Qualification
Required
Fluency in French is mandatory (written and verbal) to effectively support our French-speaking customers
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
3+ years experience with troubleshooting electrical systems, network connectivity, and software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel as needed to support Customers, up to 30%
