Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Business Development teams, Operations, Supply Chain Solutions, IT, and other departments to coordinate and optimize warehouse capacity utilization
Monitor and analyze network-wide warehouse capacity and demand to identify potential constraints and opportunities for optimization
Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to proactively identify opportunities or constraints, implement strategic adjustments to accelerate throughput, and ensure service quality
Collaborate with sales teams to align regional and cross-regional capacity planning to determine capacity available for selling
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align demand forecasting, inventory distribution, and capacity planning
Collaborate with warehouse operations, business development, and finance teams to support decision-making around aligning customer expectations to network capacities and capabilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall network efficiency
Coordinate and maintain data in support of Market and Site Plans
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address capacity challenges by applying quantitative modeling and analysis to profitability assessment, inventory management, and warehousing processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing network capacity utilization, customer satisfaction, and incremental revenue attainment
Support market strategy plans and coordination with Marketing on campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related disciplines
Requires 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably with cross-site coordination responsibilities
Skilled in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management across multi-warehouse networks
Strong project management skills and communication skills
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of cold chain logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
Proficient with supply chain analytics platforms, demand planning software, and capacity management tools
