Responsibilities
Ensure Cloud Posture Management
Lead cloud modernization with a security first approach
Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Define and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and controls
Evaluate and recommend cloud-native security tools and services
Drive automation of security controls and compliance monitoring
Identify and prioritize risks across cloud assets, including IAM roles
Collaborate with BISO/CISO teams to implement best practices
Engineer solutions in SailPoint for access management and review
Implement access solutions using AWS secret manager, create/maintain Encryption Keys
Review and Respond to Security Audits related to Access and Identity Management
Develop and Lead governance tasks for Access and Identity Management
Engineer and implement solutions to integrate cloud native services with centralized IDPs like Azure AD and Okta
Review new tools/features and Engineer solutions according to the infrastructure and application requirement
Qualification
Required
Experience in cloud architecture and security, preferably in AWS
Experience with Information Security Audits
Experience in Collaborating with Technical and Business Stakeholders
Experience with IAM, encryption, network security, and container security
Experience in managing IDPs like AzureAD, Okta, IDM, etc
Experience working with SSO and privileged access management tools
Experience in integrating application and cloud native services with centralized IDPs
Preferred
Around 15 years of experience in Cloud Engineering/Architecture/Security
