Responsibilities

Responsible for compiling amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips and sales tickets; prepares invoices and records transactions
Ensures proper shipments are on trucks and that orders are ready for next day billing
Maintains all payment records
Enters data into computer system, generates invoices and freight payable documents
Inputs product shipment data into system
Prepares bills of lading and exports documents

Qualification

Billing experienceMicrosoft ExcelSAP10-key adding machineAttention to detailTeamworkPresentation skills

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word software
Knowledge and experience with 10-key adding machine
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment

Preferred

SAP experience, preferred
2 years' previous billing experience, a plus
