In this role, you will provide world-class customer service while servicing in-force policy contracts via telephone, email, and written requests, handling inquiries and processing disbursements.

Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries clearly and professionally, ensuring resolution before the call ends
Address email requests within 24 hours, providing accurate and courteous responses
Process written requests and payments by managing assigned work queues
Ensure all requests are completed within established processing standards
Request inforce illustrations through the Mutual Trust Agent Website or via a Math Analyst
Respond to and explain any 1099-related inquiries throughout the year
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Strong knowledge of computer applications and basic functions
Basic math and accounting skills
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and adjust to changing business needs, including overtime and Saturdays
Commitment to quality, deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred
Experience in customer service (telephone), life insurance, or related industry
Completion of LOMA 280/281 or Level 1 within 12 months of employment
