Responsibilities

Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using AutoSys
Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms
Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools
Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes

Qualification

Salesforce developmentFinancialForce knowledgeUnix scriptingAutoSys familiarityTroubleshooting skillsDocumentation skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, configuration)
Functional knowledge of FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products
Experience with Unix, Shell, and Windows batch scripting
Familiarity with AutoSys for batch job scheduling and Salesforce Data Loader
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

Prior experience supporting Salesforce and FinancialForce applications in a similar environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to incident management and stakeholder engagement
