Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions for patient services, including digital engagement platforms, data integration architectures, and workflow automation tools
Advise clients on technology strategy, platform selection, and implementation roadmaps to optimize patient services and patient support programs (e.g., access, affordability, adherence, education, and reimbursement)
Oversee the integration of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation into patient services operations to drive efficiency, personalization, and actionable insights
Manage project teams and client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in patient services technology transformation
Drive business development by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, leading the sales process for patient services technology consulting, and being directly accountable for meeting sales and revenue targets for Guidehouse
Mentor and develop consulting staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving patient needs to inform solution ideation and offering development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is valued
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology consulting, patient services, or digital health, with a track record of delivering complex solutions in biopharma or healthcare
Deep understanding of patient services strategy, technology, data, and operations
Proven experience designing and implementing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, patient portals, analytics dashboards)
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations
Preferred
Advanced degrees in a relevant field (MBA, MS, MPH, PhD, or similar)
Experience with AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation initiatives in patient services
Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms or in a biopharma technology leadership role
Expertise in program management, platform design, and solution implementation
Proficiency in building and scaling technology-enabled patient services in a global context
Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, presentations, or industry engagement
