The State of Florida is seeking a Consumer Services Analyst to respond to communications and assist constituents with their concerns. The role involves preparing proclamations, routing correspondence, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Respond to postal and electronic correspondence to the Governor’s Office; prepare proclamations; postal and electronic routing to EOG units, OPB units and other external agencies. Assist with phone coverage as needed
Meet with constituents face-to-face to assist in resolution of concerns
Collaborate with other correspondence analysts and team members to provide simplified access to services and expedite the delivery of information and benefits
Keep abreast of current events as they relate to government services, laws, executive orders, press releases/conferences, and other actions of the Governor or state agencies
Participate in team meetings and provide verbal and written reports
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze written and verbal communication
Ability to produce concise, clear written and verbal communication
Knowledge of operations of state agencies
Attention to detail
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English
