Sales Development Representative

They are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts, refine strategies, and generate high-quality leads for the business.

Responsibilities

Build and iterate on our outbound strategy: cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and more
Drive 50–75 research-driven high-quality strategic dials per day, generating meetings and high converting pipeline Actively
Deeply multi-thread target accounts, using learned insights to craft custom points of view for VP-level and C-level prospects
Support pipeline development and deal progression: account planning, pre-call prep, multi-threading, demo coordination, and follow-ups
Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and share field intelligence

Qualification

Required

6+ months in SaaS sales, with track record of hitting or exceeding targets
You're a builder, not a script reader
You've worked at an early-stage startup or have entrepreneurial DNA
You move quickly, test new messaging constantly, and thrive in ambiguity
You love cold calling and don't get discouraged by 'no.'
You want to grow fast and take on more responsibility quickly

Preferred

Experience selling into sales, marketing, or revenue ops teams
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
