Employee Experience Concierge
Circles North America is an inclusive company that values self-expression and employee wellbeing. They are seeking an Employee Experience Concierge who will provide exceptional service by managing various tasks, including planning events and promoting Circles' services.

Responsibilities
Research a trip to Disney World for a family of four
Write an article about local restaurants in your area
Host an onsite table to promote Circles
Do a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20
Connect with an onsite lead for an upcoming program
Find fun events for associates to do that evening
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily
Ability to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams), Internet searching, and typing
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to adhere to schedule
Active listening
Desire for continuous learning and improvement
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks/priorities
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Confident and outgoing
Building meaningful relationships comes naturally to you
Comfortable with computers and technology

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes 100% of the time

Preferred
2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred
