Dream Exchange is creating a new stock exchange focused on small business capital formation and diversity. The Business Analyst will gather and document information necessary for the exchange's functioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures and maintaining organized information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Use all avenues of communication to gather all needed requirements
Form an image of competence and can-do attitude when representing the Dream Exchange
Work with project manager and implementation team to ensure all knowledge is established and known in the form required
Track changes in requirements for change control needs
Ensure that all work products that are defined in regulation are mappable back to a stated or referred regulatory requirement
Qualify all requirements with an eye towards usability

Required

Mid to senior level experience working in a tight organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Securities regulation experience
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Detail oriented
Stakeholder analysis
Both collaborative and independent work practice
Responsibility level necessary to provide solutions and not problems
Information organization skills
Willingness to consider alternate views
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Preferred

Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
Prior experience working in a National Market Exchange
Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment
