Navigate Search is a growing Private Client Services team seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director to join the Houston office. This role focuses on providing strategic tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely-held businesses, while overseeing complex client engagements and mentoring managers and senior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex tax engagements for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and family-owned businesses

Provide high-level tax planning, including wealth transfer, estate tax strategies, business succession, multi-state, and international tax considerations

Review and ensure accuracy of tax compliance work and strategic deliverables

Serve as a senior technical advisor and primary client contact for strategic tax issues

Mentor and develop PCS managers and senior staff; foster technical excellence and strong client service

Collaborate with other service teams to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions

Contribute to practice growth through business development, thought leadership, and client networking
