Responsibilities
Enhance and update factory linearity methods
Act as main contact for Program Owners to align on deliverables
Implement automation for operations, buffers, scheduling, and WIP management
Track yield metrics and report findings
Establish durable, user-friendly processes for ongoing and future use
Support Engineer teams with cross-site product transfers, trials, and vendor shipments
External shipments follow contract terms; internal transfers follow company policies
Coordinate shipments with RD engineers, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery
Collaborate weekly with RD config team on wafer allocation
Manage qual inventory and substrate purchases; prevent wafer shortages
Analyze and visualize data with charts and graphs
Lead continuous improvement in wafer FAB using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Business Excellence
Provide leadership and training support for new planning engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
1-3 years of experience
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in computer programming and data analytics
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Capacity to work effectively in a cleanroom environment
Willingness to work off-shift hours as necessary
