Tranzeal Inc is seeking a dynamic QuickBooks Financial Operations Specialist to join their finance team. The role focuses on managing QuickBooks and other accounting platforms, performing reconciliations, and supporting both nonprofit and corporate accounting functions.

Responsibilities

Complete weekly bank and credit card reconciliations for U.S. and Canadian entities (~3 hrs/week)

Perform month-end financial reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting (~6 hrs/month)

Lead year-end reconciliation and documentation (~10 hrs total)

Conduct monthly tax review and ensure accurate entries and reporting (~4 hrs/month)

Verify Inscape invoices for accuracy and correct coding (~2 hrs/month)

Coordinate with the DiSCProfile.com team and Assessments FP&A to align financial reporting and resolve discrepancies (~1 hr/week)
