Responsibilities
Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers
Take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements
Greet guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive
Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized
Bidding farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return
Working as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries
Anticipating the guest’s needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed
Knowledge of all promotions and events
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to work varied shifts – i.e. days, nights, weekends and holidays
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Respond to visual and aural cues
Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Pass a company background investigation
Must be 21 years of age
