Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business, Public Health, or related field
Minimum 4 - 6 years of progressive leadership experience within home health, home and community-based services, long-term care, or related healthcare fields
Experience managing CCU programs within the Illinois market
Strong background in managing LHCSA operations in multi-branch, multi-city environments
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, multi-site operations, and P&L ownership
Deep understanding of Illinois regulatory frameworks (IDoA, IDPH, HFS, CCU requirements)
Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs, compliance outcomes, and workforce performance
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills and process-driven
Preferred
Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field
Familiarity with EMR platforms such as AlayaCare, HHA Exchange, or other large-scale homecare systems
Experience leading service-line expansion initiatives (infusion, private pay, complex care, etc.)
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
