Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder
Extend Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework, including: Public Sector Solutions data model, Omniscript, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures
PDF/Word document generation
Implement security best practices, including data encryption, identity and access management, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities and implement necessary safeguards
Conduct security assessments and implement Salesforce Shield to meet data privacy requirements
Ensure platform solutions adhere to compliance standards such as: HIPAA
Develop integrations between Salesforce and On-Premise SQL/Azure SQL environments
Utilize Salesforce Connect, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, and Chatter APIs for seamless data exchange
Implement version control using Git and maintain robust DevOps pipelines with Copado CI/CD
Work closely with architects to ensure solutions align with the overall platform architecture
Utilize DevOps tools such as Copado for continuous integration and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop customized solutions
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members
Document technical specifications and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization

Required

5-8 years of Salesforce development experience
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder
Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework (Omniscript, FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures)
Software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Salesforce Connect, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, and outbound messaging integrations
Version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (Copado CI/CD)
Expertise in security best practices, including data encryption and compliance (HIPAA, IRS Pub 1075)
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required)
